Language apps are designed for the general public, so they follow a fixed curriculum that rarely matches what I'm learning in my lessons. I built Alltag so my practice follows my lessons instead. I record each session with Granola, an AI note-taking app, and use Claude to turn the transcript into practice material based on what we covered that day. Because I'm both the user and the designer, I can adapt the app to exactly what I'm struggling with. It tracks the words I keep getting wrong and brings them back for review, so practice focuses on what I haven't learnt yet.
